Unexpected Discoveries

Don't you just love it when you make one?! I just have: I discovered that the seminar that i thought was today is actually in 2 weeks time! Joyousness abounds. Not only do i not have to go to uni today now, but I can save my energy for CU tonight which will be the first time I've ventured out of the house since Friday! I am feeling much better today and was actually kind of looking forward to doing something other than watching TV and coughing (though would still be doing the later). Nevermind i guess i can do some work ready for tomorrow's mamouth of 2 lectures and 2 seminars eek (that's the same number of hours in a day the Helen and Beccci have in a week!)

We also had an unexpected discovery yesterday of a Valentine's Day swede on our doorstep (see Helen's blog for details), I'm just wondering if it was there when the postman came and if so what he thought. At least a swede is not an illegal present unlike the one we got last year!

Well i'm off to read a chapter on blood for a seminar tomorrow - i hope its not too gory.

Whoa! My goodness!! It's a craze! You're all mad!? This is so high-larious and slightly freaky at the same time! An actual poll set up to discover how well I can hug!? Apparently, so Carol tells me (the instigator of this little intrusion into my personal life), the idea of me being a good hugger has something to do with my hair?? Does anyone else find that a little crazy? Honestly. Please, I am intrigued to know just how many people think I can give a good hug (though a little disturbed by the fact that this is a discussion point at all!), and I am also intrigued to note how many have voted on the, 'yes, I know he does' column... My main concern however is just how you lot are going to prove this poll...please, any funny ideas, remember; I may be cheap, but I'm not easy!

Yours in bewilderment and reticent anticipation, Sam
