Sentence challenge!
Beckrum's reading is again my inspiration for a blog entry. Today she read a sentence that had 11 words beginning with P in it (see her blog) so i thought: "I wonder if you can make a sentence that makes sense where every word begins with the same letter?" Here is one i made up:
Every Early Evening Excited Ewes Eat Edible Elderberries, Each Eating Eagerly, Eventually Enhancing Elongation.
I now set you the challenge of coming up with even better sentences using different letters - if anyone manages Z I may give them a prize! Have fun!

There's that thing too, about if someone was painting a pub sign for "The Fox and Hound", but they painted it like this:
"The FoxandHound"
Then it is grammatically allowable for someone to say to the painter
"There ought to be a space between Fox and and, and and and Hound."
Which is like, 5 "and"'s in a row.
And that is a lot.
is that a pangram by any chance smellon?
Oh of course it is a pangram - for those that don't know its a sentence that has every letter of the alphabet in it - i think a better one would be to have a sentence with each letter only once - now there's a challenge!
I'm not sure your sentence makes complete sense Smellon they are adveraly able in what way? Maybe the last word should be affected
sorry adversly
What kind of elongation of ewes are you thinking of?
Rats live on no evil star
Anyone know what's special about that sentence?
It's special because you found time to write it, but not time to reply to my email? ;-)
Or is it that it is the same backwards as it is forwards?
Only if you are a really geeky boffin like Smellon!
er...actually it's not me! always jumping to accuse me....I dunno, you're all the same, 'lets blame the poor, defenseless one.' sob. sob.
No it wasn't Beckrum it was me! Your radar is a bit off!
Now you are accusing me - this is a totally unfouded suggestion I am crushed to the core!
